A: In most cases we can secure a policy number the same day. That allows us to provide a certificate of insurance or proof. The official policy normally trails about 5-6 days later. We send it our electronically or by US mail depending on your choice.
A: It’s a secret. Seriously, we have teamed up with over 30 top rated carriers to make sure you are receiving the most for your hard earned money. Many have special programs for contractor’s general liability insurance, commercial auto and workers’ compensation insurance.
A: After securing your quote, just tell us and we will rush the pre-filed application to you via out electronic system, Docusign. It takes a minute to sign and NO printing, faxing, scanning or mailing! The preferred down payment method is by routing and account number. This we like to obtain in person or by phone for security purposes.
A: Yes, we do, most definitely! Most of our companies allow payments. There can be savings associated with paying in full, but it’s not required here. We do however suggest automatic monthly checking withdrawal. The reason being is that you normally won’t have an installment charge. Plus, if you always have funds available, no late charges or cancellation notices.
A: The cost of your insurance is based on a few important factors. Gross sales, Sub-contractors’ costs, number of employees, type and number of autos, driving record(s), payroll, etc. Also type of work, say drywall verses roofing or plumbing verses painting can affect your yearly insurance premium.
